To prevent scuba diving in prohibited areas, every diver must have a valid licence that can be obtained in scuba diving clubs and centres. Information on scuba diving in Croatia can be found at web address: www.diving.hr.
One of top 10 diving locations in Croatia are Kornati, Rasip. Variety and multicoloured quality of the area makes up the attraction of this part of the Kornati archipelago. On the outward part of the island there is a cliff plunging 3 to 65 m deep into the sea. The sea is crystal clear and clean and it is transparent 40 m deep and more, so you can see the corrals and sponges, as well as shoals of different kinds of fish.
