Dear, according to the Law on Tourist Tax and the Law on Foreigners, the payment of the tourist tax and registration tax are obligatory for domestic and foreign guests. For your safety and the exercise of rights please make sure you are registered by the host for your entire stay, from the day of arrival until the day of departure. The provider of accommodation services is required to register his guests, possess a confirmation of registration for each guest at any commercial accommodation facility (hotels, suite hotels, resorts, apartments, campsites, guesthouses, inns, hostels, private accomodation, marinas, etc.) and at the guest's request is obliged to present that confirmation. Your check is extremely important and necessary if you are staying in private accommodation because of the quality of services and preventing the illegal operations of those who did not legally register accommodation service.
